Annual General Meeting
The 2009 Annual General Meeting was held on 19 November 2009 in Mundaring. The 2008/09 Annual Report is available for download HERE.
Dividend payments for 2009
The shareholders were notified in June 2009 that the board has not declared a dividend for 2009 and that no dividend will be paid for the financial year ending June 30 2009. Newsletters
We keep in regular contact with shareholders through our Shareholder Focus newsletter. Issued every quarter, the newsletter shares information about current business and company issues, as well as providing updates every six months on the financial position of the company. The next issue is due in April 2010 and will be sent to all shareholders.
