Supporting your organisation

We have developed a range of ways in which we provide assistance to local community groups who want to undertake projects and get support for their plans. But sometimes it's not money that you need.  We hear you.

We've developed a range of partnership ideas and opportunities for local community groups to help themselves and we can support your efforts.  When community groups bank with the Bendigo, there's more than just banking services offered.  Some of the ways Mundaring Community Bank^® Branch  and Mundaring Community Financial Services Ltd can help include:

1. Mobile EFTPOS facility - we offer an EFTPOS facility at no charge to you so that people can pay by credit or debit cards at registration and enrolment days, or for other occasions when such facilities may be useful. We even provide a Community Resource Officer to man the facility on the day. The facility is available for all or part of the day or evening, and is booked on a first come, first served basis.  Click here to download a Mobile EFTPOS facility booking form.
2. Fundraising stall at Rotary's Sunday Markets in Mundaring - we are planning to host a stall every month at the Sunday Market in Nichol Street, which we will offer at no charge to community groups who want to run a fundraising stall. We will provide the cabana shelter for you and we pay for the stall hire; you run the fundraising stall and all the profits made are yours! We offer this on a first come, first served basis, too. 3. Marketing sponsorship package- another way we can help our community groups is our free marketing sponsorship package. By assisting you to develop your posters, flyers and advertising, and then helping to get your message out, the Mundaring Community Bank^® Branch can help to make your event a success. 4. Fixtures books and score card sponsorships - we're often asked if we'd like to pay for our advertising to appear in sporting club's fixtures books, and we often do take the opportunity to support our local community sporting groups in this way. But we've noticed that the money raised by the printing and production of these books doesn't go back to the group - it stays with the printers as profit. So we're offering sporting groups a special sponsorship opportunity that means that if they want to make some money for their club, we'll provide the support for the local production of the fixtures book - and your club gets to keep the profit from advertising sales! Simply get a group of the members together and then contact us to come and talk about how you can do this at no cost to you or your club! We'll even put in the first ad to start you off!
