Mundaring Community Financial Services Ltd has, over the past eight years, shared more than $400,000 with our community.  Some of the projects and groups we've supported include:

  • $6,800 towards the purchase of a grand piano at Eastern Hills Senior High School Music Centre
  • $15,000 towards a new shed for the toy library in Mundaring
  • $11,000 towards the purchase of a trailer for water for the Stoneville Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade
  • $2,400 for a new electronic drum kit for the Eastgate Youth Band
  • $5,000 for school holiday programs for the Seen and Heard Youth group
  • $7,500 in 2008, $6,000 in 2009 and $7,500 in 2010 for local playgroups equipment and refurbishments
  • $2,500 to sponsor the Glen Forrest Junior Cricket Club in 2008/09
  • $10,000 for the Darlington Arts Festival Have a Go with Bendigo free art workshops in 2008 and $5,000 in 2007
  • $500 for a CD player for the Sing Australia Mundaring choir to practice and perform with
  • $5,000 in 2007 for the Hills Symphony Orchestra for new music stands and banners and $3,500 in 2008 for marketing and promotion
  • $3,400 for the Hills Riding for the Disabled in 2008 for feed and veterinary bills for the horses
  • $12,000 per year every year for the Chidlow Marsupial Hospital for support with feed and veterinary bills for the injured and sick animals
  • $12,000 over four years for the Seen and Heard Dance Parties in the region for young people
  • $2,000 to repair the trailer for the Glen Forrest Scouts
  • $500 to sponsor the Guides for their camp in 2008
  • $20,000 over three years for the Perth Hills United Junior Soccer Club
