EFTPOS for community groups
Many community groups do not operate EFTPOS or credit card facilities because they either don't need them very often or simply can't afford the cost. We hear you!
In 2007, in response to issues raised by the community, we started our Community EFTPOS facility. The facility is a mobile EFTPOS terminal that is offered to community groups for use on registration and enrolment days or where they need it for fundraising events. The facility is offered free of charge, in that we absorb the merchant and card fees as part of our sponsorship of your group or event. We even provide a person to man the machine for you so you don't have to know how it works!
How do you access the facility? Simply contact us to check that the facility is available and arrange for the booking information to be sent to you.
Of course, there's always a catch - you must have an account with Bendigo Bank to utilise the facility and you cannot be using it for commercial purposes (such as private business arrangements). Simple so go on, why not book it in today? community@mundaringcommunitybank.com.au or phone 9274 6833.
