Gerard is a chartered accountant and works as a consultant accountant, after having retired from practice after 40 years in Western Australian business. Gerard is a playing member of the Hills Symphony Orchestra and lives in Gooseberry Hill with his family.

James is a chartered accountant and works in the mining industry in Western Australia. James is also actively involved in the steering committee for a Goldfields-Esperance Community Bank(R) Branch Bendigo Bank. James lives in Darlington with his family.
Dr Richard Stuart, Director
Richard is a consulting engineer in the oil and gas industry in Western Australia and brings a commitment to the community and business to the board. He lives in Glen Forrest with his wife.
Allison I'Dell, Co-Company Secretary
Allison is a public officer of the company, not a director, and she is the joint company secretary with Gerard Tonks. Allison is the company's Corporate Manager.
