Staff profiles

Gerry Toovey - Branch Manager

Gerry Toovey has extensive experience in the banking sector, having worked for many years across Western Australia as a bank manager with a major bank. Living locally, Gerry was interested in the Community Bank^®model with Bendigo Bank and when the Mundaring community was galvanized, he recognized the need for a strong manager to get the new business off to a good start. Gerry started with Mundaring Community Bank^® in December 2001 and helped to open the new branch, and remains our local bank manager.

Leanne Taylor - Customer Service Supervisor

Leanne is our customer service manager with the branch and she brings a wealth of experience in banking to the company.  Leanne is focussed on excellent customer service standards at the branch and works with Gerry and   Ann to manage the customer services and support at the branch and supports Gerry in his role as branch manager.

Ann Templeton - Customer Relationship Manager

Ann has been with the branch since we opened our doors in 2002 and she has worked with Gerry to build a successful business.  Ann brings a wealth of banking experience to the branch and is now working as the loans manager to assist the local community to look after their financial needs. 

Allison I'Dell - Corporate Manager

Allison joined MCFS in March 2007 and manages the corporate office, administration and the community investment strategy for the board. She has extensive experience in economic and community development, working at a strategic level in various organizations over the past fifteen years in Perth and at a national level.   Allison manages the share registry, Low Volume Market (for share trading in company shares) and shareholder communications.

Graeme Samuels -  Mobile Relationship Manager

Graeme works across the region, visiting clients in their businesses to work with them on building better business banking relationships.  Graeme has more than twenty years in the financial services sector and it is this experience that he offers to our customer base in assisting them to identify the right product for their needs.
